Ok.... Forgive me here but I'm going to sound like an utter geek and say the following. Even though I did like the trailer, and got strong feels over the use of the original trilogy music, and the Imperial aesthetics, the PoC inclusion, and all that, I still have strong reservations. My main one has to do with the use of…

To be honest, I have also had the issue recently. Ever since I switched to a high protein diet (which has otherwise helped me retain my muscle while losing weight, and recover faster from lifting), I only go like... once every three days? It's terrible. I have a flax seed and aloe natural supplement that helps along, but…

I have never tried to "hit a record" but I tend to do a hundred a day without any trouble or soreness.

I hear really good thing about Canadians.

100 years old? Hmmm, pass, a tiny bit too old.

ONS. Or... repeated ONSs. Yes. Good.

In that case, this is my proposal; men should either be in suits, or in tank tops. Or naked. Or even naked and tied to bed posts. Yes. For purely aesthetic reasons of course.

My abs are properly reemerging. Tears of joy.

Similar, perhaps yes. Still, though, since in places like Anatolia the varieties cultivated differ wildly from what is cultivated in the US, and in arid areas a lot of fresh produce has a lot less water content and is thus a lot more calorie-dense (per weight), etc, it is not as easy as one might think to keep track one's…

USDA. Right. You do realize we don't all live in the US? The US is what, 4.48% of the world's population? It's nigh impossible to find nutritional data for most generic/cheap Greek or Turkish food brands; trust me on this, I've been trying hard. But that is evidently not an issue with CICO itself, which as I clearly said,…

The only "issue" with CICO is that it's sometimes very hard to calculate our CI and our CO, especially since tools like TDEE calculators are only approximations and don't always give a very accurate result, and since most people tend to strongly miscalculate how much they burn and how much they eat. Not to mention our CO…

Hahahah. It's the exact opposite here. I've always been into physical activity; ballet, martial arts, weights, you name it. And my partner, well.... he sometimes lifts heavy books, I guess? He is very tell and lithe and delicate and I can easily pin him down and have him writhe. But yeah. We choose who we choose, and we…

Buy a house for my partner and myself, get some clothes and jewelry I've been thirsting over (which would quite honestly not be expensive), get my partner the high-end Italian tailored suit he's been dreaming of, get myself a much better laptop, get my friends and family gifts, put the rest in a bank.

Evidently. As long as it's not a setting with a dresscode (a professional setting, a wedding, a formal dinner, etc), everyone should wear whatever makes them feel good, given that it covers their junk and keeps them as warm as the weather demands. I really don't understand this social obsession with which appearances are…

Yes, because us women with naturally small breasts or wiry frames are not womanly. We are skim woman; 2% woman only. Because femininity is evidently measured in cup sizes. I get you want to retain a full figure and your curves and feel good about your body, but your asserting your right to do so should not rely on throwing…

To feel less hungry.

No. I think it's not. From what I understand, in two weeks it's barely healthy to lose more than five pounds, or if you are pushing yourself ridiculously much and are starting from an obese weight (which you are not), ten. Not to mention that "getting lean" is not just about losing fat; the lean look is achieved by also…

Yup. A B vitamin complex every other day, and whey protein powder to hit my daily protein goals, especially when I lift.

ONS.

Thanks. He is currently very inconveniently away for academic reasons and will return in 3-4 months. He is in for a surprise, poor man. I will goddamn pounce on him. Then will shrug and blame the barbells.

Confession - on weeks when I work out regularly and hard and see a rather embarrassing increase in libido, and I dare not google that to see if it's a common thing. (I am guessing it could be linked to upped testosterone levels? In women high testosterone is known to... up...... erm........ desire.)
-
Frankly, for me it's something in between. I set a vague and flexible goal, like "I want to be satisfied with my body in a bikini", that is largely independent of numerical values and such, and then I build the habits that push towards that general direction. Also, I like to use vanity a little, as weird as that sounds.…

You really do look great! Congratulations. You have that natural curvy look that many women die for, and you have managed to bring it out and sculpt it in just the right way!

Ok. I'll be here, hidden behind the shrubberies, singing obscure things that are supposedly chants of light or whatnot to buff your stats, while the Paladin or the Barbarian or some other heavy-duty muscle around here goes to fetch that goblin.

In men, oddly enough, I lean towards the strongly lithe/lean. The elegant, aristocratic type, long-limbed, nice wrists and hands, tall, that kind of thing. And some nicely trimmed facial hair is a bonus. However, I don't mind the more traditionally muscular type, either. The more bear-y/big all around type though usually…

I will be the healer; a very frustrated level 22 cleric running after the tanks and begging them not to pull a new mob yet. Also, an elf. That's obligatory.

Date if I was single. And presuming she would not be too adamantly heterosexual.

I use a whey protein powder available here in Greece, but it doesn't really taste that nice. Solution? After I shake it with 200-300g of low-fat milk, I put it in the refrigerator for a while. Every liquid tastes refreshing and neutral to me when cold enough.

I think I'm getting a bit of an addiction to exercise, especially calisthenics and barbell routines. I try to convince myself to take rest days so that my body can do the things it must, but I always end up working out on them too.
