I get hungry and I go to look for something and before I eat it I will scan it to see what it will do to my calorie count. If it adds to much then I have to ask myself if it would be worth it. Lol. Of course anything sweet makes us feel like it is worth it right? Plan your lunches and dinners and add them in first thing.…

Start logging those calories and that may help you find an alternative for that sweet tooth. I love anything with sugar and for he last 15 days I have not had sugar in my coffee and I eat something sweet only when I have a good burn on calories.

I start my morning with a cup of coffee and either a Grapefruit or a small bowl of oatmeal. You can always prepare the grapefruit the night before so it will be ready in the morning. Works for me.

I just turned 53. Looking to lose about 20-25 lbs before this May. Avid tennis player so I do get in my cardio for the week but trying to watch how I eat. With all the tennis I play I never seem to lose any weight and I assume it is because of all the unhealthy food decisions that I make. Trying to do better.

My understanding is that you should always try to stay below your target calories but not too far below because then that can be too unhealthy. The target calories that you are given are for your body weight and height. If you maintain that 1600 every day then you would just maintain your current weight. Now if you throw…
