PW: 156 CW: 156 Whew! Made it back down to PW. Happy Resurrection Day to any believers! I did my first 6 mile run since October, & I managed to not slip off any curbs. 😊. It was a beautiful morning.

@jugar I think I'll take a pass on Sunday results. I'm going to a Passover seder tonight, & I'm sure I won't be close to target weight.

PW: 160 CW:157 I did something crazy yesterday. Instead of using chips as my nacho conveyance, I used a spoon. 😳 I was left with the chip crumbs that were too small to pick up nacho goodness. I noticed I ate faster, but the point is I was willing to try something different.

I'm back... SW: 160 I've been working on upping my iron without worrying about weight since September. I'm still working on the iron, but I'll get back on track with weight. 😊

CW: 152 I don't know if I should do Sept or not. I'm not focused on weight loss now as I'm still trying to adapt to a new iron eating plan. I've been eating about 1800 cals, and I've been 152 for almost 3 weeks. I've also been snacking/eating a lot at night.

@jugar I'll plan to restart in Sept. I need to increase my iron intake, but I also need calcium. Ca inhibits Fe absorption, so I'm planning 1/2 day high Ca & 1/2 day high Fe. I'm still in planning stage, but I'll start next week.

@jugar I would like to ask for a pass this week. I've been working out some medical info this week, & my food intake has been high. Nothing to worry about. I just need to make some adjustments to when & what I eat. Thank you.

PW: 149 CW: 147.5 TWL: 61.5 I took @evangsimmons170 idea, and I made my own calendar with W, L, CD, SN. Weight, log, calorie deficit, snack?? It's my own accountability sheet. So far so good. I have weekends marked as free days along with a 4-day weekend next week.

Trailer... I haven't fallen off the wagon; I haven't even seen the wagon! :D For as good as I was last week not snacking, I'm making up for it this week. I see a 3-4 lb gain Friday morning. :/
