  • Yes this one as well. I didn't mention that. I noticed that once I cut out all foods with artificial sugars I was okay (but couldn't figure it out at first until I did elimination and then added it all back in again.
  • I'm more of a morning workout person, or at least that is what I prefer. However, I take classes at the gym in the afternoon when our child care is open so that I can bring my son and get a peaceful non-interrupted workout with other people. Otherwise 5am for me!
