It's just that soda does things like remove corrosion from batteries, brown teeth, and the like. My journey has helped me clean up. Soda is not something I would put in my body knowing the research.

I also cut soda totally more than 5 years ago. occasionally, like once a year maybe have one. Is there not some additive you can put in it that makes you sick if you drink it lol headaches will subside as you wean off the dependency

5x5 strong lifts. Track all you consumption accurately and hit macros.

kabobs with veggies. Chicken stuffed jalapeno bites. Crockpot all day with salsa. butterfly, flatten and stuff it. Cut it in strips and make healthy chicken fingers. Chicken tacos and wraps.

I would suggest learning to love it for meats and things that require to be cooked and exactly what BillyB says above.

Eat whatever you want and when you are hungry only. Calories in vs calories out is all that matters. So eat at the 1200 mark and be sure to be honest and accurate when you log what you consume. Aim to hit your macros in MFP too. First days and week were hard for me at deficit but you will adjust. Once you do that for a…
