At my school the calories for stuff in the main dining hall is listed online, so tracking food is super easy. I suppose one good trick is to think about your fitness goal is, and try to find food that helps you best achieve it. I've made scrambled eggs in the microwave. They were fun to make but didn't taste that good. However, I didn't end up breaking the microwave so I would call it a success.

I found a version of Deku's workout but it's too long for me to accomplish at the moment since I have summer classes.

I wish my mom had the same opinion bc she cares more about the numbers on the scale more than how they are attained, hence the need for rapid weight loss (she didn't question how I dropped over a pound a day for a week lmao).

When I workout I usually alternate between the Mulan warrior workout playlist on Spotify, a playlist of gay bops (Hayley kiyoko, zolita, marina and the diamonds, etc), or the bnha soundtrack with the devilman crybaby theme song mixed in.
