Update: Disaster struck! Unable to workout due to illness. Won't know when I can workout until Wednesday's scan on my abdomen. Target for last month not met due to this stupid illness. I'm going to wait till after I'm taken off the antibiotics and other meds and then give it a week before attempting to stand on the scales…

That's why I posted it in case anyone else needed it. Great to hear it helps!

In January this year i stood in the hospital obs room, (I'm living in Nigeria), and stood on the scales and saw 95kg or 209lbs staring up at me. I normally workout 5 days a week and walk 7 days. Right now I'm out because of illness but after this week I'm back to it all cylinders burning!!

Still a work in progress! Half way there and hit a stumbling block. Battling illness at the moment but will be back on track when recovered!
