Just echoing what everyone is saying, google body weight exercises and start off with those, always increasing sets and reps, at your pace. Start off with walking. Walking burns calories as well.... But like someone mentioned, use MFP to be in a caloric deficit, to lose body fat and weight.... Best of luck, you got this....
