Yes, I sweat a ridiculous amount... and these are not selfies... and I have no idea how to pose... But I have been working my *kitten* off and actually I'm quite happy with my progress

2.5 weeks into a new cutting program and actually eating almost 1000 kcal more than I had been every day, I went from 96 to 92.5 kg, and 16.4 to 14.7% body fat - love handles on their way out. So stoked

Thanks for the heads up, it is a life proof one. I tested it with paper towel inside first but it's still worrying to do a real test... so I just walked into the sea with it and thankfully it's golden... but I'll keep an eye on that little gasket for sure.
