Actually, when I overdo it on juice I tend to poop more, so I hardly see it as giving my bowels a rest!

OP, I say this gently. You're not going to get the desired responses here. If you want to do it, do it. But perhaps you will find more like-minded people on juicing forums. I juice, but not as meal replacement. It is not a quick fix or miracle weight loss answer.

Question for you all...how do you estimate calories burned while swimming? I've done Google searches on this, but haven't found anything solid. I have a 1st gen Apple Watch so my tracker is no good to me in the water!

I juice regularly, but not for "quick" weight loss or fasting. Totally off topic, but whenever I see this thread listed, I read it as "do you eat black calories....." And I'm all confused thinking there is yet ANOTHER fitness/weight loss thing I have to learn about....black calories.

for scale users, how do you deal with eating out? I have a scale I use at home, but I often eat in my work cafeteria (which, awesomely, has MFP barcodes for a lot of what they serve!) But when I go to the salad bar, I eyeball it by cup/tablespoon. And I'm getting stuff I don't normally eat at home to weigh.
