I'm with you! @wahagent05... someone suggested upping the fat, lowering my protein, so I ate a grilled chicken sandwich with Mayo, I've had 37g carbs for today. I've been doing Jillian Michaels Body revolution and walking alternating with jogging....something everyday.

I quickly gained the weight back (no surprise) and felt more out of control with my eating! This time I did some searching for tips and info on doing this successfully and will do this along with jogging (w8 d2 of C25K again ) and jillian michaels body revolution (w1 d3)

Hi, I have about 40lbs to go, (I've been on a 2 plus year long hiatus/Plateau/struggle/waste of time, hope I learned my lesson) and at the moment I'm doing high protein and low carbs, Jillian Michaels body revolution phase 1, and C25K again, starting week 7 tomorrow.
