Thanks, but I'm not maintaining; still in losing mode. And I know about ups and downs. Last year I was 6 pounds away from goal and I gave up and gained it all back. I'm so mad at myself; I think that's what's helping me this time...fury!

Thanks. Its not as good as it looks tho. I started the month bloated from eating out the previous 3 nights. So several pounds of the loss was water weight.
