I try to get in two walks on most days. But I'm nowhere near some of the steps y'all take. Maybe at some point. But that is y I like the water aerobics.

Well my most recent is I realized at the end of the day I was wearing my pants inside out all day. Yep to the gym the store everywhere . Thanks for the laugh!! And the calorie burn!!

Hi all I'm Lynn from North Carolina. I started in January 2015. and I've lost 26lbs. Struggling a bit now but hanging in. I'm actually thinking MFP might be a better option for my tracking so while I don't like to make technology changes, perhaps there is a bright side after all. Hi everyone.
