  • My weight had not moved in months so i tried keto, i lost 5 lbs in a week without changing my workouts or much change to my meals except for more fats and less carbs. Love the woe and i cant wait to see what happens in the next few months.

  • I overheard a family member telling another one that you could tell all my exercising was paying off because i just got up from my seat way faster than i used to and without struggling ( the things people notice). Also i am starting to see the muscles in my back and shoulders.

  • Lost 2 inches off my waist in the last month.
  • Fell asleep on the couch lastnight. It used to be too cramped for me to lay in for a few minutes, last night i slept through the night. There is so much extra space now i can comfortably sleep there,good to know.
