if you start using a salt substitute ,that is potassium. Many veggies have sodium and potassium - artichokes, celery, Okra, potatoes, pumpkin,Spinach, Squash, Yams ans sweet potatoes are the highest veggies with potassium. a great meal would be spaghetti made with Spaghetti squash and sauce with spinach and okra in it.
