Hi Agii, Your first weight in will be next Friday our January page, which goes up on Sunday. We'll share a link to show you the way. Time to get rid of that water.

Great way to end the year. You're in charge! I'm inspired, Kristy.

Welcome. We've got at least one member who's ditched sugar. Sometimes problem foods are good to lose when moderation isn't possible. LOL about the steps from walking away. Looking forward to having you on the team!

Oh my gosh, your mom. Great attitude on your part though. Welcome back to your routine.

Thanks, Melanie. I went down the Brussels sprouts rabbit hole on Delish. Tonight, I'm making Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts. https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a57880/kung-pao-brussels-sprouts-recipe/

He cut the little slices and stuffed them. Very effective. He made a jus and used the drippings and 'vegetable' bouillon, which intensified the herbs.

Ah...It was a big roast, Patsy. The instructions were 5 minutes per pound at 500 and then let it rest outside of the oven for 15 minutes. It was rare but not awfully rare and very nice on the outside.

Melanie, My son made a beautiful roast for Christmas dinner. He roasted it at 500 degrees for an hour and it was infused with rosemary, thyme, and garlic. So it had a nice crust and was rare in the middle with medium ends. He's pretty fancy. My daughter-in-law made a sweet potato casserole, and I made French green beans…

Hi @jugar ~ Could you please change Gingerpwr's weigh-day to Wednesday starting in January? Thanks!
-
Great day! I'm inspired by your food prep. I went for a walk to the fruit market yesterday and got some ingredients for meal prep.

Congratulations, @ljdanny Tracy! What a great accomplishment leading not just our team but all of F2F in percent lost.

Congratulations, Pam! I'm so happy for you. It's really all it's cracked up to be.

Christmas Day Walk If I ate snow, played until I fell down, and carried heavy children on my shoulders, I could have burned the calories too. I was there mind you. I did tidy thousands of tiny toys off the floor all day long and washed all the pots and pans. So many pots and pans. It was a glorious day. Just a few tears…

Oh, my gosh! This is beautiful.
-
@jugar Not sure if you saw my post to excuse me this week. I'm away from the scale at my son's.
-
Aww, I just love this Sheryl. (If you get this message three times, it's because I posted it twice last night and it vanished.)

@kiane50 Come back when you're up to it. Sometimes you just can't get on the right side of the ball and it happens to almost all of us at one time or another. Some of the most successful on the team have gone through periods like this and come back strong. Hugs.

@sleepymom5 Pam, you'll get better and better at it. Doing your level 9 versus what the others are doing is perfect. I can't remember if you are using Peloton or what, but maybe look up some skill-specific videos that show you how to come out of the seat. I think they start with just hovering an inch above the seat and…

@jugar May I please be excused this week. I'm heading to my son's house in Uxbridge. Since I live alone, I'm allowed to associate with one other household. That is unless they change the rules today when the premiere speaks.

That's awesome. My reason for learning different cuisines is less resonant but it's for my international students. I learn their family foods so they don't feel homesick. I've learned Colombian, Mexican (not TexMex), and Vietnamese. My favourite day was when Wendy said I nailed one Vietnamese recipe. I asked if it was like…

Congratulations, Kandi, Kristie, and Bob! You're killin' it.
