I use to use the water tracking app but stopped using it. It became an added requirement and needed reminder to do so, I stopped. My step goal for the day is 6935 using my step tracker. I don't think I'll make my goal though :/ it's already 12:41pm by me and I'm usually not active on Sunday's.

Time: 12:34pm I have 1798 steps for the day so far using my Garmin tracker. I only go to the gym twice a week (weekends not being one of them) so no CB. I'm thrilled that I found this group and I'm excited to be a member! :D
