I actually am not allowed to take potassium supplements. I am supposed to stay away from high potassium foods as well like bananas and broccli. The spirnolactone, is a potassium sparing diruretic. Release water and sodium but keeps in potassium. Anything else to help??

I mean im not exactly faking anyone. I am just an open book as everyone wants to.know why I have a hole in my neck and lying is too difficult. I just don't care anymore. But to the helpful people, thank you for the advise.

Try taking the extended release version so you only have to take it once a day. The shakes will help, but you'll get more calories and nutrition with homemade onces. Use all kinds of fruit, protein powder and yogurt and milk.

I quick add caloriea in to make it reach 1000 ao I can still see the projected weight loss (it motivates me becauSe since my calories are actually lower than that, i should lose more.) and have it post on my feed.

I walk for about ten minutes going about 4-5 mph. I'm drenched in sweat after and can't breathe. Can barely say one word.

Haha no I speed walk for about 10 minutes and get super sweaty.

I exercise that much a day because I can only walk for maybe 10 minutes at a time on good days then I feel exhausted so i spread it out multiple times a day. Problem is I still sweat like a pig.

I'll look into that app! So also, I can't stand for more than 5 minutes because my lower back k starts to hurt. I know it's because of my weight. Any tips on getting past the pain??

So if I was able to get my walking up to say 30 minutes at a time, would walking up stairs be easier or would it be totally different and I need to slowly increase my stairs as well?

I use a water pitcher with a filter and keep it in the fridge. I use a reusable to go cup. I measured out exactly how much water it holds and how many ice cubs I put in. I do exactly the same each time. My ice cubs are 15 ccs each and my water bottle holds 16 oz. So 15 x 7 icecubes plus 16 oz. That's just what I do. I only…

It helps by decreasing apetite. By that I mean when I am hungry, I still don't want to eat because he doesn't sound good. You have to.force yourself to eat sometimes.

Yes. I mean I wake up, have a cup of coffee. Drink water all day long. Have 2-4 protein shakes. Have a diet dr pepper. Green tea and sleepy time tea. That's it. No solids. Not only am I trying to Jumpstart weightless, I'm giving my band a rest.

I weigh 285. My starting weight was 315. My mini goal is 200. That's the weight I have to be at to get my tracheostomy out and have tracheal reconstruction surgery done to repair my damaged trachea. After that, I want to be between 125 and 150. I'm starting over again. Looking for support and friends for my journey!
