I'm 5'0 and I am 154 lbs. My SW was 180. I would love to be between 130-135 lbs. I will evaluate once I get there if I want to lose more. I am pretty bottom heavy so I carry the weight differently. Mostly I am going by pant size. At 180 I was a size 14/15, currently I am 10/11, I want to be a 7/8.

Janejeelyroll sorry I should have specified. I can't eat certain ones!!! LOL I can't eat grain carbs. I've tried different variations but the only ones that don't mess me up are fruits and veggies! I've tried adding some back in but then I get all foggy again.

I don't do Paleo. Buttt I can't eat carbs. I cut out rice, cereal, pasta, and bread... no potatoes either. But I'm doing to because they really affect my focus. I have muscle spasms in my back. I went to phyiscal therapy for about 4 months. My spasms were so bad I could barely lift up my right arm (Stress induced then I fell off my horse which made it even worse.) But after therapy and very very light weights I am so much better!
