Ill be weighing my self tomorrow morning but i expect a increase i over did it on the carbs but i maybe wrong

I know I'm going good and all but i have days where i wonder if its worth it i just keep getting sicker and seems every time i go to doctor i have something knew. So i wonder is it worth it when i cant get out if bed some days cuz I'm that miserable. On the bright side its hard to go over calories when its hurts to eat.

So the doctor ask was any where else's swelled i told him at over 400lbs i was unable to tell him if it was or not.

Update : so i got back from the hospital went down because for the last 2 weeks my arm been sweeled up red and really painful. Spent 4 hours waiting to get blood work done to try and finger out why ( 5 trys before they got any blood it seems my veins are sweeled up and no good for blood work ) only to be told by the…

Nothing helpfully ugg just to stay way from calcium and I'm put on meds

Any one know low calcium foods i have to have very little seeing my calcium levels are 3.9 and it only gose to 5 before having a heart attack.

With moving in 6 days i got most everything packed that includes the scale. I dont mind vegetables and I'm getting lots of exercise in packing and moving everything (i have a shot load of stuff)

New meds to help me with pain. He said with less pain i can do more and lose more weight.

My maintenance calories is 3900 my goal calories is 1800. I'm 2100 calories under the maintenance.

So i been out to doctors appointments and went over my calories

I've have 2 sleep study's done and nothing from the doctors other then telling me i have sleep apnea

Tell me about it. I wake up sometimes gasping for a breath i got to see a doctor on the 15th and i believe that is what it is about but I'm not 100% sure. Its eather that or a pain specialist i googled the doctor and he works in both fields so ill find out i spot.

I was told by doctors told me i have sleep apnea but they have not done anything about it.
