I distinctly remember joining TOPS in my 20s after my first kid. I wore a size 16 pants and weighed 169. Now I'm at 175 and wear a size 12-14. American sizes haves definitely gotten bigger over the years with the numbers staying the same.

Hers a funny NSV I just realized today, probably for the first time ever my drivers license has a higher weight than what I actually weigh. Ten pounds more. 🤣

Started Keto Oct 1 Beginning weight 180.3 Nov 1- 177.1 Sunday 11/04- 175.6. Body fat 43.9% Sunday 11/11- 175.3 Sunday 11/18 Sunday 11/25 Down a little this week. I feel smaller. Clothes are getting too loose. Had to get a ring sizes for my wedding ring.

Hahaha. I'll have to watch out for that! Ive noticed a couple pairs of pants have gotten mysteriously longer in the legs. I guess the dryer has started growing things instead if shrinking them.

I'll give those a try. For my spaghetti sauce, I usually use zucchini zoodles, green beans or cauliflower rice as a base. Spaghetti would be a real treat.

Third day of not eating until noon on Saturday and I found I really was satisfied quickly when eating. I lost a couple pounds since starting IF so I'm going to continue probably 6 days a week.

I'm leaving tomorrow for a few days away. Taking some keto friendly snacks but I shouldn't have any trouble with restaurant eating. Most places have keto friendly options.

Thanksgiving we are going out to dinner. I've decided if the mashed potatoes or stuffing look really good (doubtful with restaurant versions), I might have a couple bites. If other people have pie, maybe steal a bite. I really don't want to reverse my progress.

Recipe: mix in greased large mug or small bowl: 1 T oil or melted butter, 1egg, 3T almond flour, 1/2 t. Baking powder. Mix well with fork and microwave 90 seconds. Cut in half for 2 slices bread. (I toasted mine lightly in toaster to brown. )
