I use to be a foodaholic until Feb, 25 2015. I thought I was 9 months pregnant!!! Yeah. Didn't go over very well. Now I'm trying to lose weight and staying healthy!! My goal is to get to about 160-165. Good luck to you!!! Feel free to add me

Hello!! A treadmill is not a bad start for cardio or a jog to start off and then build yourself up. I do martial arts as a part of my cardio. I also use a treadmill on my off days. Welcome!! One of the biggest things I did was I started drinking just water and watching how much I ate and watching the calories and exercise. I follow MFP and it's been working great for me. Keep your head up. You will do fine!!
