As it turns out I was probably right about last week. Something was off or wrong with my scale. So this week it seems I gained weight. Exactly! Well said. I'm 48 and I started my journey a year ago and it was because of my health. I was like OMG I have got to get a handle on this before I'm 50 and can't move around. I'm to young to feel this old. Looking better is just an added bonus!
