Yes. When I interlock/cross my hands it feels funny I feel like they are so boney. And the quad stretch 6 months ago I couldn't do it. I couldn't grasp my leg because it was always so swollen. I'm really regulating my sodium intake now. My shoes also looser and I have wide feet. I had to get rid of some shoes because I…

Hi My name is Angela. I'm a 47 single Mother of 2 adult children. I was searching for something else and stumbled upon this group. I was on MFP briefly in 2013 or was it 2014. I didn't have any friends and didn't stick with my logging. I've been back now since April 2015 and I'm down 52lbs so far. I would love to lose…

I have a fit bit aria that syncs with my fitbit and mfp account. I find it to be pretty accurate. I've only had an issue twice and I felt like I was probably the problem and as it turns out I was. It matched my doctors scale the last time I went which was about a week and half ago.

I stopped smoking 2 years ago and immediately started exercising. I didn't gain weight at first but as soon as my exercise slowed down due to an injury, I started packing on the pounds I gained 35 pounds. I wasn't counting calories. I am now back to my exercising and I'm counting calories as well as changing my diet and I…

Yesterday the cashier at my daily breakfast spot asked if I was losing weight. I'm about 12 weeks in and 26lbs down. When I've lost weight in the past that is about when other people start noticing it the 25lb mark. I did have a coworker say that she could tell a few weeks ago but she also knew I was working on it.

Thank you!

I weigh once a week on Friday mornings as soon as I get up. The daily fluctuations would drive me crazy. Maybe after I hit my goal I'll go to twice a week. And yes I get anxious about it. By Wednesday night Thursday morning I can't wait for Friday and sometimes I cheat by using a scale at work because if I use my home…

If you change the recipe...doesn't it update your diary so that the last time you had it it now reflects the new numbers...calories etc? So now your historical data is incorrect?

I took phen/fen in the late 90s and lost over 50lbs in less than 5 months. I was also walking 5 miles a day but I wasn't really watching my diet and when they took it off the market. I gained all the weight back plus more. I've also taken redux years ago. Same thing stop taking it and gain the weight back. Currently, I'm…
