My goal is to lose 30lbs. Down 15 so far! Halfway there. Then I'm going to set another goal to lose another 10-15 and gain muscle. Feel free to *kitten* me :smile:

@phlebmechelle it is hard. Set a calorie goal to max 1450. Eat min 1200cal. That way you don't feel like your starving. Try light but filling recipes like www.skinnytaste.com . Make better choices...Look at the calories before eating and decide "will this get me anywhere? Is it worth it?" Then go for something better.…

I don't eat that much protein myself so I started putting whey protein in my smoothies. Taste yummy and very filling :smile:

I bought cookbooks like SkinnyTaste & Fitgirlsguide. Yummy & healthy recipes. Www.skinnytaste.com has recipes. I have yet to be disappointed. Had chicken tacos last week n they were so good!
