I eat lunch early everyday- I eat ALL my meals early. I start my day at 5 am (gym by 530 am) so breakfast is at 730 am and I close kitchen by 6 pm (dinner eaten, cleaned up etc) only fruit for snack at night works for me. Ive been at goal for months

I make pancakes and muffins with it! use egg whites, stevia and unsweetened almond milk cinnamon and mix the nbake in muffin tin or fry in skillet with olive oil or coconut oil so damn good!
