  • I did the kettle bell video yesterday and I loved it! I think i will do it multiple times this week. The kettle bell is such a great workout and burns a ton of calories in a short period of time!

  • I finally hit 199 yesterday and that's where I had to be to be cleared to run again. Of course PT is done to for my torn plantar fascia tendon. So this is absolute perfect timing for me to start running again!! So excited!!!

  • My husband and I are starting tomorrow I'm trying to do some meal prepping today. I made 18 egg cups that can be reheated up each morning for my hubby. Each has 1 egg, peppers, onions, 1 piece of turkey sausage.spices. We have been Paleo for 13 months already so just trying to do a reset.

  • In our winter blast challenge we did a kettle bell video and I didn't have one yet. So my sister and I put 5 pound hand weights in my sons lunchbox and used that lol.. Hey it worked!

  • @Melodieccurn I agree to not eliminating any teams. Your right on the smaller teams there are people working so hard and it's not fair to them that people just stopped posting.   • I have a few more that have stopped logging also. I think it has happened to a lot of teams. I feel like it is what it is so lets just do the best we can with the members we have left. It defenitely is very very frustrating but it happened last challenge to.
  • The pool is always a great idea. It's low impact and can get you moving. I wish I had more suggestions but I am not sure how your body handles things. It must be really frustrating. I applaud your strength and your will to keep fighting!
