Her name makes me cringe and my blood boil. She's ... Awful.... But I do love the (fully) raw vegan diet and felt wonderful when I did it (almost 2 months on it) and plan to go back to it after this next week after the end of year parties.

I'm not a fan personally, since one cheat day for me turns into multiple cheat days and worry and cancels out my hard work for the week, so I try to go steady as long as I can and save up "cheat days" for really special occasions or unexpected events. I'm not a fan of the "on Fridays I cheat" atitude since if an unplanned…

Seems like no one likes mug cakes.... Took me about a dozen tries to get it right but butter+protein powder+coffee creamer makes magic for me

My weekly runs include every grocery store in my city to get the best deals (I'm frugal, but they're all close so no big deal). BuyLow, Food World, Save-A-Lot, my Neighborhood Walmart and the normal Walmart (since they sell different products....?)

Walden Farms products. -Not even once.-
-
I can usually trick myself by drinking something- tea, cashew milk, decaf coffee.
-
Lol I like your inlaw
-
Mug cake. I throw in protein powder, some cookie flavored coffee creamer, stevia, and maybe a touch of other flavoring (vanilla, butter, etc). Mix, microwave, savor.

It's a little pricier..... Idk what else your missing. Besides some of the taste from the fat/oils in real peanut butter. But your missing lots of sat fats mainly

I'm sorry am I not allowed to do that? I also don't excercise much or weight train but I would sure as hell reccomend it to people who want to be healthy. And actually, veganism is proven to be an extremely healthy diet (says the mayo clinic, health.com, sciencedaily, the ncbi/us national library of medicine, american…

Can't go without meat? That's a pretty lame excuse. "Don't knock it till you've tried it". I bet it's not as hard as you think it might be. (I'm not a vegan. I'm just saying....) As a diet paleo might work fine, but as a lifestyle I think it's an idiotic idea and puts too much of an emphasis on meat (I'm a fan of higher…

No no no. It's .8g of protein per KILOGRAMof body weight. Not pound. But even without weighing yourself the AMA CDC and others only set the AI levels at around 50, depending on age and gender

Google "nice cream" recipies. Usually a frozen banana base with any flavoring you may want- mangoes, chocolate, coconut, pb, you name it. Super easy, just experiment.

I was a vegetarian for years with the intention of going fully raw as well! My suggestion is just do it. I decided to start transitioning to vegan in January but found it was just too easy to cheat. "Oh, I'm just a "transitioning" vegan, I can still go out to eat an have xxx. I'm not a vegan -yet-," and such. I went raw…

If it's a series of binge days I usually do a 24hr fast to snap the mentality cycle, then carry on as normal.
-
This is more than regular vegan ^^. But yes, for a while it is at least sustainable
-
Mmm. No. Not a fan, it's gross, and I LOVE my veggies
-
Cocoa powder + flour + stevia + (almond) milk and/or (sugar free) syrup. Have to play with the proportions. Super low cal, very chocolatey. Smashes my chocolate cravings.

I'm vegan, 80/10/10 :)

That's what my dad does- eats healthy before. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Watch out for salt too though- high sodium can bump up cholesterol
-
no I don't think so. Not in the old criteria. I know they came out with some new criteria though that doesn't include a weight requirement though- it's a lot more vague on everything. Kinda rediculous. right. Sorry my statement came across that way. There are lots of requirements for each disorder. I meant to mean that if…

Subtype, as in, if you are below a bmi of 17.5 and b/p its anorexia with b/p subtype. You can also be bulimic with restrictive/anorexic tendencies and a hundred other combinations. Those are just the main groups though ^
-
No. It is a common behavior of many with eating disorders, but the action itsel does not mean you have one. Anorexia is defined by weight alone (not caloric intake). Bulimia and BED include huge binge sessions. Chewing and spitting (c/s) falls into neither of the definitions, and while EDNOS/OSFED is a blanket for most of…

I found a form once where everyone does a "virtual binge". It was actually great fun and was enough of a "delay and distract" technique that it stopped my binge. Worth a try- if it gets worse write down everything you could/would eat and how you feel when eating them and such
-
And it's actually .8g/protein per KILO not pound to whoever said that ^
-
Athletes are actually one of te groups that need the most carbs. While protein is important for muscle building, I would suggust making carbs % larger
-
Baby vegan here, still transitioning from vegetarian (lapses maybe two foods a week) but your welcome to add me. I'm doing it for health so it'll be more veggies than Oreos for me
-
Hahaha no. Unless your losing 7kilos of water weight (very unlikely), sorry, but that goal is pretty much scientifically impossible. Carbs are excellent water retainers, so Atkins might help for the first week, but the *real* 7 kilos will take weeks (months) to get rid of

Glad I'm not alone :/
