I have been overestimating the kcal of my coffee. I was assuming it contained 100 kcal but today I calculated everything in detail and it's just 40 kcal. Ugh 60 kcal of food missed :D

None of them, the third pic looks fit but I cannot detect muscles in her legs.

I don't go crazy but my point it that my body is built in a way that I have noticeable muscles, some guys tell me I might have a bit higher testosterone levels..

I do strength and a bit of cardio and believe me I can have more noticeable muscles than some guys in the gym! :)

I don't want to be skinny fat, but I wouldn't prefer very puffy muscles.

I also find it quite difficult to maintain the 1200 calories/ day even if I am quite small. I feel deprived :/
