Everyone is different based on their own personal caloric needs. For example, what works best for me is 350 for breakfast, then a 100-150 cal snack, 350 for lunch, a 100-150 cal snack, and then about 250-300 cal for dinner. A little give or take, but I try to break it up evenly throughout the day so I don't crash.

Everything is fine in moderation. People who are too up-tight and controlling with every ounce that goes into their mouth never keep the weight off.

The weight you are gaining (if you actually are gaining) is muscle and isn't fat. I've struggled with ED myself, and I know it's hard to get into that mindset, but you need to remember that it is lean body mass

Don't give up anything you like to eat completely....it wont last and you will be more likely to binge when you crave it. Eat it as a treat and in small portions
