I used to be all for the fad diets and fad supplements in college....NONE OF THEM WORK!! The only thing that will ever work, for everyone and all body types is to just eat right/healthy and stay active, and of course make sure there is a calorie deficit. There is no secret to weight loss and staying healthy.

It's possible to lose weight eating junk food and foods high in fat, so long as there is a calorie deficit. As far as whether it is healthy or not is another story.

Just eat part of the Avocado since they are packed with calories and good fats. They brown easy so squeeze a small amount of lemon juice on it and seal it up and stick it in the fridge for later use.
