This morning I put on my old size 10 jeans and they fit for the first time in AAAAGES, like a year. *kitten* yeaaah.

I weigh "in" when I've had a deficit for a few days and I feel slightly smaller or less bloated, ahaha. I weigh myself every day on these crappy home scales I have, but go to the doctors for my official weigh in, there are scales in the foyer. I go as mentioned above, post pee, pre eating or drinking anything.

I would recommend going vegan sooo much!! It does not necessarily aid in weight loss, but I find it really does for me because it is much harder to overeat on greens. People DEFINITELY do - if you're trying to radically change your lifestyle it's understandable to not want to go cold turkey though. This is why I'm asking what people view as a cheat day! Because for me that is drinking I suppose, and I "save up" for it throughout the week.

No, you won't not lose weight from not eating enough! There's no way - "starvation mode" will not actually occur until you're really starving. Try 1200 calories, 1000 might be too low (although 1000 will not make you gain or stop your loss), you need to make sure you're getting enough nutrients and that's why enough…

There was a study done to say that everybody (even dieticians!!) underestimate their caloric intake by between 200-450 calories a day, so you definitely could be f*cking up ;) try slightly overestimating if you're just estimating portion sizes.
