Ugh what to wear when it's snowing and I decided to put away my winter clothes. I truly don't understand people a coworker had gastric bypass. She still had more than I did for lunch and a donut. I am really glad I am not included in the lunch runs.

The group is truly a positive influence. It's full of people from all age groups and they are inspiring.

Increase your consumption of fruits vegetables and eat lean meats. Switch from fried foods to things that are grilled or baked. Think of your liver as a filter and you naturally want to keep it clean . Increase your water consumption too as it helps clean the filter.

The UAC is one of those groups you can share as much or as little as you want. I went for a good year just saying yes x 3. Then I started opening up and now they hear about the weather silly things at work. It's like a second family.

PS Rick I think I had those boots when I was little. My brother had the black with the buckle at the top and mine were red. Lol when you live in a farming community the general store didn't update their boot stock. Those were some sturdy rubber boots :D
