I feel like one of the old timers on this challenge group. I pop in when my life allows, when I need the group they are there for me. I like the fact that no one gets the boot because life is messy . Life doesn't always go as planned.

I'm out this was a rough month and I stayed off line so I wouldn't compulsively shop. If I don't eat I shop I traded one habit for another. So this was a time to just get off the electronics and I didn't miss it. All is well weight is ok and financially I am better off. LOL

Thanks everyone!!! I guess her colleague who went to Korea had a rough trip too. I guess when it comes time to board it's a fast procedure. He got a cramp in his leg and missed the flight had to wait 12 hours to catch the next. Then trying to come home he hit a typhoon. I hope Emily it's just a luggage thing.

Love your pictures!! Oh my daughter stopped in to give me a hug before leaving. Okay it's lucky I didn't break down and sob at work. As of right now her flight just landed in Italy. This will be the longest week ever. She has no phone so I have to wait til she buys one or e-mail s me.

I am not doing much better. Daughter leaves for Italy on Friday but has her life a mess here. The boyfriend even came to speak to me. Ugh!!!! All I want is for her to get her own place or move back home at this point. I am staying neutral but binge eating under the stress.

@trimi1104 I volunteer for adopt a pet. We always read the rainbow bridge poem for dogs when ever a beloved friend passes. I have yet to read it as I am usually a blubbering mess and its not even my dog. I find the poem a comforting thought though.
