I love coconut oil for my skin, but when the weather changes I tend to change from the oil to a lotion. Being in Kansas our weather changes constantly. I've actually stopped 95% of my drinking. I've limited it to Family functions and Holiday's. Lol!

I've dropped 40 plus pounds, and two 1/2 dress sizes. It is fantastic!
