Charlie- just read your note from treadmill of my "24 hr fitness " gym. Do you have similar where you live? Only 35$/month, and its literally open 24 hrs. Takes stress off the night owl. Stopped here after going out to dinner with friends.

Forgot to add to my report that in between weigh-in days, (10/17, 184.4) was ten pounds lost! For some reason 10 feels unreasonably more significant than 9.8

Luckily guacamole is low cal and good fat. To cut down on chips, i use chip as guac delivery tool, until i forget and crunch.

Quick note Cabin did not have microwave so forced to use stove. Accidentally Invented the literal one egg omelet. Cracked an egg in the frying pan, fried one side, tried for over easy but it folded. tiny omelet!

Leaving town tomorrow, kayaking and hiking for a few days. Hopefully will kick me off the edge of the plateau. Wont be able to log in every day, so i will be starting over on the 100. Have a good week all!

Quick note Out of egg for breakfast. Confused by messed up routine, drank vegetable juice before had protein. veg juice started day-long hunger. Must never run out of eggs again!

Thanks for links Gayle! Will be very helpful for science experiment "me" Last night, "scientist Paul" explained that burning calories creates water weight! So i wont obsess about water weight anymore. Midnight snack was two hours before sleep and wasnt hard to amass 600 cals after all! Cashews add up fast!

I feel like my own science experiment. Once again - Midnight and less than 700 cals consumed, but not hungry. This time will eat high cal healthy food for bedtime snack to get up to 1200 and see what happens.
