Thanks for support guys! Actually when i returned monday i was two pounds up, then lost one by wednesday when i reported in, and lost the other by this morning. So Turns out it was 2 lbs of water weight, that disappeared when i got back on the low-carb, no-simple-carb, program. Thank you atkins! Im so glad mr atkins…

Just realized i dont have scale in mich so my weekly report will be delayed again. Yesyerday had fruit salad with protien breakfast and was hungry all day Today did not and hunger back under control Interesting how breakfast carbs, even as healthy fruit, really mess me up.

Flew all day from oregon to family reunuion in mich. Was worried my angry child would hijack me as usual and make me buy a candy bar, so i took my 88% dark chocolate and she behaved! She didnt even stand and stare at the airport candy! But tomorrow the reunion starts....

Vit D -- for some reason it wasnt part of normal blood test for my annual exams. I had to ask for it, was deficient, my dr told me to take 4000 a day at first, then 2000 for rest of my life! Perhaps because live in pacific northwest.

Marney, i outsmart the computer by adding "quick calories". In other words, i lie. Another trick -- this one for night owls. I never can complete my diary before midnight, but the back arrow at the top lets me go back to "yesterday" and complete my diary there. I just have to make sure i start my diary before midnight.
