I'm on a 1200c diet but I also go to the gym almost every day (I miss a day here And there) with that I take in 1500-2000c depending on how long my workout is

Oh and I don't log tea unless I drink it British

I love Corsets I have a vast collection of them. I cannot Understand why someone would wear one to the gym yet I see so many women wearing them to the gym and they don't realize that they're causing damage to themselfs and rendering most of your workout pointless.

I log everything and eat back my burnt calories. I didn't realize so many people don't do that.

Yes it does I eat eggs like crazy. I regret not doing my quail this year. But egg prices have dropped almost back to normal price again by me which is good
