I actually dont like when people say something and I'm so far away from my goal. (because I'm kinda an introvert). I've lost 20-30 pounds before and then quit, so when they notice and I know I already gave up, I feel like crap. LOL but it's just me and not the people commenting.

Sorry... I work in IT and am usually good with apps (I run all the mobile devices in my company), but I think it's too much trouble to be worth it and it overblows calories burned by like 3x.

I didn't think I'd like egg whites, but I scramble them in the morning with a pop & cook cube of basil and cut up some cherry or grape tomatoes. Favorite thing to eat for breakfast right now!

I only had it a month and noticed a 7lb gain in January without changing anything else I did... but... it pushed me onto this path. Best place for plus size workout wear in my opinion is Walmart. They dont sell this stuff in store, but their online selection is pretty good and if it doesn't work out you can take it back to any store (even their grocery marketplaces). I like tracking too and I keep my stuff open. I write down all of it. I had KFC last night (grilled chicken and greenbeans) wasn't as good as fried, not gonna lie, but I had room in calories for that biscuit and I enjoyed it and its on my diary for last night.
