4:30 am, 5 days a week. In fact, I am replying right now at 4:45am!! If my day goes crazy at work or I can't make the gym at night.. I feel blessed I already knocked out my workout. The only problem is I am dead by 10pm and falling fast asleep..

That is actually true but it can account for her body's slow loss as her metabolism is slowed... She is losing just not at a pace to account for the low calorie intake

Well it depends. The 1250 calories you were given on my fitness pal already accounts for your calorie deficit of 1000 calories or 2 pounds a week. If yes, than subtract your excercise and you are not feeding yourself enough and your body may need more food. Try an online BMR calculator and then multiply by your activity…

Great advice! I actually put on 2lbs but lost an inch on my waist. Don't let the scale frustrate you. I am down over 61lbs and I only weigh myself once a month. Good luck and keep going. You WILL reach your goals!!!!

There are days I struggle to stay motivated and days I am very motivated. I joined a HIIT class to interact with people and they help to make it fun going to the gym. I think we are social by nature and it is very rewarding making friends and being a part of something. Keep up the good work!!!
