41, looking to cut while maintaining muscle mass. 1/6 cardio, 5/6 lifting, and eating clean of course.

For me, cardio becomes boring. Lifting is always fun and exciting. It's nice to see your muscles transform over time. It's also a rush to push yourself and to hit new personal records.

I'm 41 and trying to cut weight while maintaining muscle mass. Not sure when to stop. I'm 5 foot 8 inches. Down 10+ lbs.

The gym is a sanctuary, a place to focus on self. Just put in some earbuds and get at it. Keep up the good work.

My work has a gym sooo spending 1 hour+ Monday through Friday mid day is a non-issue. Saturday, I hit my rugged Rocky Balboa style gym in my unfinished basement. Sunday is my chill day.

Tired but excited, I have no work meetings scheduled for today

Same, waking up but I'm up too early, going back to bed

I run 10 minutes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays before I lift. I only hit about 1.1 miles per run but it feels great.

Emilio is actually the name I've given my stomach/belly. I'm Craig or Craigers as my friends would like to call me. I'm about 15-20 pounds from my goal weight and feel that this would help. I'm 40 and love to lift weights by the way. Nice to meet you all!
