I was 430 in March. I changed a few eating habits, and dropped 60 in a couple months. I stalled for a bit, and a few of my friends turned me on to MFP...And here I am. I'm in my first week here, but can tell it's going to help me! I love social networking, and this ties that together perfectly with weight loss. :)

MFP is great so far. I've been fortunate enough to spend some time browsing through most of the site the past few days. I plan on using it everyday forward!!

Hello! I'm pretty new to MFP, but have had the opportunity to take it all in the last few days. I like the information on the app, and the fact that everything is calculated for me. I've also found it very helpful to connect/share with others here. :)
