Better N' Peanut Butter is my choice. It is defatted peanuts with moist ingredients to make it like real peanut butter. It does have a different texture but I like it. My diary is open. I may not have the best food options in mine but for a full time working mother with a daughter in sports, I try to make drive through fast food options work.

Fitbit Charge HR. This was an upgrade from the Flex. At first, I wanted only due to the watch band type but now I enjoy the HR monitor and feel it it accurate. Accurate or not, having a fitness tracker has helped keeping me accountable and motivated.

Congrats! I personally feel if I can push through the first two weeks it does get easier. I can't believe I have stuck with MFP for 91 days and I have lost 22 pounds. Stick with it. If you notice the difference now, imagine how you will with a 10 lb weight loss and more. :)

I have found that the Charge HR to be more accurate than when I had the Flex. I looked at my sleep pattern last night and it was on the money.

According how many steps I need to make 10,000 that day, I will do a 1, 2, or a 3 mile walk watching Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds on You Tube.
