I usually make a wrap for lunch. Sams club has these mult-grain tortillas that are 100 calories but are big and great for wraps. Not hung up on it, just believed the bs. But whatever the case, thinking it was true, i've lost almost 30 pounds. Lol. Nice to eat every 2-3 hours and still lose weight and not be hungry. Its all calorie deficit like everyone says, plus the exercising. I'll take it. Good luck to everyone on here.

Actually i follow Robert Ferguson diet free life which is similar to the above info. eating every 2-3 hours. Whether its a scam or a myth or whatever, it is the only "diet" program that has worked for me. i do exercise as well. I don't give up carbs and i eat some sweets. Just eat the right combinations. Not quite sure i am saying it correctly. If you don't eat enough, your body thinks it's starving and it goes into fat storing mode or something like that, and you might not lose any weight initially. Eventually you will lose weight though. But who wants to starve.
