I am 155 days into a reboot as well and just sorted a health issue out which means MFP is more important than ever. In UK (Edinburgh) and happy to provide support whilst having a laugh at the same time. Feel free to add.

HI - you have done really well. I felt same at gym when first went and had a conversation with staff member to work out what I wanted to do and how to do it. Must admit I stay out of free weights area and focus on machines and treadmill/rowing kit.

Hi all. 40 days into a reboot having achieved success early 2015 but then life got in the way for a while. I am in the UK and about to start 2016 with a new mindset. Happy to support and be supported if anyone wishes to have a new friend.
