im having the same issue as well. its showing its connected but not showing my fitbit steps. i tried disconnecting to try again but it wont let me do that either. (ive tried with a fitbit zip and fitbit charge hr) let me know if you find a solution, thanks

are you looking to add friends or accept requests? to add: click on someones profile, then "add as friend" to accept: on your homepage at the top you will see a person icon by your username, click that and you will see received requests. hope that helps

Sounds like a good goal. Can you see if they are offering healthy options or maybe bring in your own snack? Or sometimes i know if i am having a high calorie meal (going out to eat or such) i will plan the rest of my day around that so i dont feel as restricted

Thanks, definitely good snack ideas. One of my biggest issues is portion control and sometimes eating with my eyes, getting full and eat it because its there. I added you ☺

I agree that is too much weight to lose in a short period. I have been vegan since April. The way I've found it helped me more than just dieting is that now I can't constantly eat fast food which has helped. But also portion, counting your calories and being active.
