Good luck to you all on your journey! It will be hard, but once you see results it will be worth it. I also had a doctor tell me I need to drop 40lbs.

I' m 5'2 and 1/2" as well! People tell me I carry my weight well, but it surely doesn't feel like it. I have 40lbs to lose. Add me if you would like. I could use some friends and motivation!
