Hang in there! Just remember that you have lost about 5 pounds this past month as of your current stats so you are doing great. Sometimes it seems to take a while to see the scale drop! If you aren't already, don't buy it at the store! Only have non-tempting foods around in your house. At least for me, if I don't have stuff in the house, I don't feel like driving out for a craving so I keep food in the house I know I won't binge on. This really helps me.

April starting weight - 131 April goal - 126 4/1 131 4/12 131 5/1 132 April was not good for me. It could have been worse I suppose. This past week I have gotten myself back on track. I am learning from this and I plan to do better in the next challenge!

Success! My husband suggested Chick-fil-a tonight, which I love! I did order a meal but I got grilled chicken instead and a chocolate milk for the drink which I took home with me for a treat for tomorrow. So, my calories came in lower than they would have if I splurged with a sandwich, fries, sauces, frosted lemonade, etc.
