  • I try to meal prep on the weekend so weekday mornings are easy. I’m having Fiesta taco salad this week. Easy chicken with salsa in the instant pot then shredded. Been eating it on lettuce with some chipotle dressing.

I weighed 264.2 Monday morning after a bad weekend and 262.4 this morning so actually lost this week but the weekend kept me from having an overall loss. :(

  • Age and weight - 2 things that get higher together for so many people 🤣. I understand the foot issue - I tend to eat better when I can move too. I had Achilles’ tendon surgery last October and still feel the pains from it. I tried to focus on my eating during that time as well.
