I hate running! I'm did my mile today, 17 minutes 22 seconds, it probably would have been a little bit better(but not by much) but I got a calf cramp mid way through! :D

I would like to join! 1) Lose .5-1lb/week 2) Exercise 4-5 times a week 3) 10k steps 5 times a week I'm 24, though my birthday is sneaking up in a couple weeks, I started my weight loss journey July 1st weighing in at 148lbs and standing at 5'5", currently weighing in at 138.8lbs, looking to get down to about 120lbs.

I would love to do this, but I know September is probably going to be a terrible month for weight loss for me. Labor Day weekend I'm going on a trip, I have a business trip the following week, the week after that is my birthday, and my husband's birthday is exactly a week after mine.

I get carded almost every time I buy alcohol, unless I'm in a different state. When I went on vacation in March, I was never once carded. Same thing happened on a business trip in May. :wink:

Apparently that's how she is determining her "body age" as well. She stated that her body age was 31 when she started Herbalife and it is now 18. She's a couple years younger than I am, so probably around 22-23. She's also now trying to get me to go try the scale. Thanks, but no thanks.

I don't get the point. Why not just eat 1200 calories? Wouldn't that be much more enjoyable?

I'm planning on making mashed potatoes later (because of this thread and the fact that I have a massive bag of Yukon golds right now) and I was contemplating adding mayo. I've never done it before.

Why would a hospital put you on this diet? Also, if you don't mind me asking, why were you in the hospital?

Trust me, I have no interest in getting Herbalife. I just wanted to know if this was a real thing at all, as it sounded pretty out there.

I'm 5'5", so slightly taller, but barely! I started at 148lbs, currently at 139.5lbs. My goal weight is set at 120 right now, but I might reasses around 125. I might end up even trying to get to 115lbs and then start trying to build muscle mass so I have a bit more wiggle room of staying around 120-125 after doing recomp.

I have a crap ton of Lean Shake since my husband works for GNC. They taste good and are great for days when I know I'm going to have a big dinner/alcohol and really want to make sure my calories during the day stay in check.

Well, we had a limited group menu to order from. I basically just said screw it, and ordered the seafood platter as it was the only thing available that had crab involved. I only ate a small amount of it, and brought most of it back to my husband. Though I did have half a slice of cheesecake and half a slice of key lime…

My dogs want to keep me fat. They get excited and try and knock me over if I try and do any exercise around the house ie: squats or running up and down the stairs. Silly pets.

I was on the shot for about 6 months and gained 25lbs. I also spotted ALL the time and had terrible mood swings.
